Storm Riders Rescues Rondo, NS Bikes and Creme From 7ANNA Collapse

Three well-known bicycle brands have been thrown a lifeline after Polish company Storm Riders confirmed it has completed the purchase of 7ANNA’s assets following the firm’s bankruptcy filing. A notarial deed has now been signed, formally closing the acquisition and drawing a line under months of uncertainty for the brands involved.

Rondo, NS Bikes and Creme, all previously operating under 7ANNA, will continue trading rather than disappearing from the market as many had feared once the insolvency proceedings became public. Storm Riders, which has ties to the established Polish manufacturer STORM, says the deal marks the beginning of a fresh chapter for each label rather than a simple asset strip.

Details on what changes riders can expect to product ranges, dealer networks or warranty support have yet to be published, though further announcements are expected as the new ownership structure beds in.

For UK riders, the news will come as a relief. Rondo’s gravel and road bikes have built a loyal following among British gravel racers, while NS Bikes remains a familiar name in mountain biking and dirt jump circles, and Creme’s city and commuter models have found favour with urban cyclists. A change of ownership always raises questions over spare parts, frame warranties and future model development, so anyone currently riding one of these brands will want to watch closely for confirmation that servicing and support continue uninterrupted.
