HUPcc to Bring Rider-Sized Bikes and Components to CIN LIVE 2026

Specialist brand HUP Competition Cycling (HUPcc) has confirmed it will exhibit at CIN LIVE 2026, bringing its range of lightweight frames, wheelsets and components designed specifically for smaller riders to the trade show floor.

The Cambridgeshire-based outfit has built its reputation on addressing a gap in the market that many larger manufacturers overlook: properly proportioned equipment for riders at the shorter end of the height spectrum. Rather than simply scaling down standard geometry, HUPcc’s approach involves reworking frame angles, crank lengths, handlebar widths and wheel sizes so that smaller riders aren’t left compromising on handling or power transfer.

At the show, the company is expected to display its latest bike builds alongside component options that have become popular among junior racers, para-cyclists and adult riders who have struggled to find well-fitting kit through mainstream retailers. Exact product details have yet to be released ahead of the event, though HUPcc has previously worked closely with coaches and bike fitters to refine its offering based on real-world feedback from smaller athletes.

CIN LIVE, organised by Cycling Industry News, has grown into one of the UK’s key gatherings for trade professionals, retailers and brands to preview upcoming ranges and discuss the wider health of the cycling market. HUPcc’s inclusion reflects a broader industry push towards better-fitting equipment across the board, rather than treating smaller sizes as an afterthought.

For our readers, this matters beyond the trade hall. Poorly fitted bikes are a common cause of discomfort, reduced efficiency and even injury, particularly for shorter riders forced to compromise on standover height or reach. A specialist focus on genuinely rider-sized equipment could open up better racing and training options for a segment of the sport that has historically been underserved by off-the-peg sizing.
